Hotel Cancellation Policy: Because this event is a hotel takeover and it is nearly impossible to fill rooms the 30 days prior to our event, the following hotel policy is in effect:

A Deposit of the first night’s suite revenue plus 13.38% occupancy tax is required with all reservation requests. The hotel will charge you for your full stay, starting on April 20, 2020. It can take the hotel up to 1 week to process all charges.

Cancellation Policy for individual reservations is 31 days to the date of arrival. All reservations that are cancelled less than 31 days prior to the date of arrival will be charged the first night’s room and tax as penalty. The deposit will be forfeited for all no show reservations.

The additional Full Pre-payment of Room, Resort Fee and 13.38% Occupancy Tax will be collected 30 days prior to arrival on all reservations. No refunds will be issued for reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. Full pre pay will be forfeited for all no-show reservations.
Vegas Fusion, LLC reserves the right to change the venue or location should circumstances require such a change. A change of venue or location will not be considered a cancellation of the event and the above stated cancellation policy will continue to apply.
