Group & Retreat Planning Experience
Ideal for larger groups, celebrations, family reunions, or curated retreat experiences that require more coordination and logistics.
For groups exceeding 5 travelers, up to 10 total, this add-on allows us to expand your itinerary to accommodate additional guests.
If your destination, travel dates, or overall trip direction changes after your itinerary has been created, this add-on allows us to fully redesign your experience.
This is a non-refundable professional planning fee.
It allows us to dedicate the time, expertise, and care required to design a seamless and elevated travel experience tailored specifically to you.
