With a background in Food & Nutritional Sciences and certification in Outdoor Recreation and Interpretive Guiding, she designs wellness journeys that nourish both body and spirit. Karina’s retreats are rooted in nature — waterfalls, forests, rivers, and sacred spaces — and she skillfully weaves in cultural and culinary elements to create a holistic, immersive experience. Her passion lies in helping others reset, reconnect, and carry wellness practices into everyday life.
Kandas is a holistic practitioner with a gift for creating safe, sacred spaces for healing. Through her work with energy practices, ceremony, and intuitive guidance, she helps participants release what no longer serves them and step into their next chapter with clarity and empowerment. Her approach blends ancient wisdom with modern holistic tools, offering participants both grounding and elevation. With Kandas, guests experience a deeper connection to themselves, their community, and their spiritual path.
