  • Arrival in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
  • Check-in at the resort.
  • Sunset beach yoga session to unwind and connect with nature.

 

Day 2: Journey of Tranquility: Serene River Boat Ride through a Nature Reserve

  • Serene river boat ride along the Espíritu Santo River in Rio Grande.
  • Mindful yoga activities and meditation on the riverbank.
  • Learn about the local flora, fauna, and ecological zone.
  • Enjoy a beachside lunch.

 

Day 3: Rhythms of Heritage: Embrace the Loiza Afro-Latina Experience and Vibrant San Juan Nightlife

  • Embrace the Afro-Latina experience in Loiza.
  • Bomba dance class in Loiza.
  • Lunch with Afro-influenced street food.
  • Visit an art center and CasaAfro.
  • Explore vibrant San Juan nightlife with food, drinks, live music, and entertainment.

 

Day 4: Serenity and Empowerment: A Day of Feminine Connection and Nature

  • Morning mindfulness yoga in Villa Toston.
  • Feminine empowerment session with Aminah Jackson.
  • Embody confidence through feminine movement and burlesque techniques.
  • Herbal tea service in a serene natural setting.

 

Day 5: Unforgettable Journeys: Cherishing Travel Day and Heartfelt Goodbye

  • Travel day to return home, cherishing the mindfulness techniques learned throughout the retreat.
